Role:
We are looking to recruit a Financial Accountant for our dynamic Finance team. Reporting to the Financial Reporting Manager and based in Dublin, this is a dynamic and exciting role, which requires strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in working in a fast-paced Finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Management Reporting – assist in the preparation and consolidation of monthly and quarterly management and KPI reporting.
Financial Reporting – responsible for elements of annual report production and filings, preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow statements.
To ensure the finance team maintains robust internal controls and contributes to the continuous improvement of controls.
To ensure compliance with tax and corporate responsibilities.
Assist in strategic analysis and feasibility studies of business opportunities as they arise.
Key Skills:
ACA or ACCA qualified with 2/3 years PQE industry experience is essential.
Ambitious and energetic, with strong commercial acumen and the highest degree of integrity.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, and an ability to consistently perform to a very high standard.
A strong work ethic with solid analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
Commercially aware with the ability to think logically and make reasoned decisions to aid the delivery of overall Group strategy.
A broad knowledge of accounting operations to include all aspects of a finance function is required.
Advanced Excel skills are essential.
Experience with SAP is desirable.
