Information Systems Application Analyst

The Role:
We are looking to recruit an Application Support role works within the IS team. The role will provide support on, maintain and develop key business applications, including Pension Master, Pension Portal and HAL (our work tracker and client management system).
The role is suited to a graduate with a business information systems background or someone with 1 to 2 years’ experience in the pensions industry with experience in application systems. Training will be provided to the successful applicant.
Key responsibilities:
Provide support to the business teams on issues and errors on key business applications
Set up & maintenance of pension scheme on our core administration systems
Prioritisation and management of calls logged to resolution
Work with external developers and 3rd party suppliers to deliver solutions and resolve issues
Deliver training to end users
Provide support system upgrades for these applications
Education, Qualifications & Experience:
1 - 2 years in a similar role, preferably in the Financial Services / Pensions / Insurance industry
3rd level qualification in business or computing
Good knowledge of pension information systems / applications is an advantage
Basic level MS Word & Excel experience

Meticulous and strong attention to detail
Manage the workload and can work to deadlines
